Accommodation terms and house rules for HOTEL MATOMA.
Accommodation Terms
1. Scope
- These terms apply to accommodation contracts and related agreements provided by HOTEL MATOMA (the "Hotel").
2. Booking
- Please apply for accommodation via the Hotel's designated methods (e.g., the Airhost booking page).
3. Contract Formation
- The accommodation contract is formed when the Hotel accepts the reservation.
4. Payment
- Accommodation fees are paid via Airhost online payment (credit cards, etc.).
5. Check-in / Check-out
- Check-in is 15:00–22:00 and check-out is by 10:00.
- Please contact us in advance if your arrival time changes.
6. Cancellation (Non-refundable Plans)
- All current plans are non-refundable.
- After confirmation, no refunds will be issued for cancellation, no-shows, or shortened stays due to guest reasons.
- If the Hotel cannot provide accommodation for reasons attributable to the Hotel, the full amount paid will be refunded.
7. Refusal of Accommodation
- We may refuse accommodation when the booking is deemed to violate these terms.
- We may refuse accommodation if a guest is likely to cause serious nuisance to other guests.
- We may refuse accommodation in cases of illegal acts or acts against public order and morals.
8. Termination of Stay
- Even during the stay, the Hotel may terminate accommodation if house rules are violated.
9. Disclaimer
- The Hotel is not liable for damages caused by force majeure such as natural disasters, transport delays, or power outages.
10. Jurisdiction
- Any disputes related to these terms shall be subject to the court with jurisdiction over the Hotel's location as the exclusive court of first instance.
House Rules
1. Quiet Hours
- Please refrain from behavior that disturbs other guests (loud voices, noise, etc.).
2. Smoking
- The Hotel is entirely non-smoking.
3. Fire & Hazardous Items
- The use of fire and bringing hazardous materials or illegal substances are prohibited.
4. Pets
- Pets are not permitted.
5. Damage
- Guests are responsible for actual costs if they damage or soil rooms or equipment.
6. Valuables
- Guests are responsible for their own valuables. The Hotel is not liable for loss or theft.
7. Identification
- We may request government-issued identification when necessary.
